Ingredients
- 400g package Oreo Cookies
- 175g cream cheese, softened
- 600g white chocolate for melting
- Red and blue chocolate coloring

Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender.
In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on a plate. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or freeze for 15-20 minutes to set.
Melt 600g of white chocolate using a water bath, stirring until smooth.
Divide the melted chocolate into two bowls. Add red chocolate coloring to one bowl and blue chocolate coloring to the other, mixing well.
Using a fork, dip each Oreo ball into the colored chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing the ball back on the parchment paper.
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle edible decorations like stars over the Oreo balls.
Melt any remaining white chocolate and drizzle it over the Oreo balls for an extra touch of decoration.
