Looking to add a touch of boho charm to your home? In this DIY tutorial, we’ll show you how to create stunning 3D sunflower art with just a few simple materials!

Hey there, friends!
I’ve got something super cool for you today—an awesome 3D sunflower picture in a boho style that you can make yourself.
It’s quick, easy, and you can find everything you need at your local store. Let’s get started!
Here’s what you need:
- White canvas
- Rattan placemat
- Pencil (trust me, it’s better than a pen)
- Gift wrapping ribbon
- Hot glue gun
First up, cut the strips that will become the sunflower petals. Try to keep them the same length so your petals look nice and symmetrical. I went for around 2-3 inches each.
Next, we’re going to cut out the centers of the sunflowers.
Draw where the centers will go using a pencil. I made the mistake of using a black pen, which was harder to fix.
Mark the cutting spots on the placemat too.
Now, start gluing the petals along the outlines you drew earlier.
I had to draw a new line and glue along it, covering my mistake with white paint, but correction fluid works too.
Once all the petals are in place, it’s time to attach the center. Make sure to use plenty of glue so nothing falls off later. Repeat these steps for the other sunflower and voila!
Your beautiful boho 3D sunflower art is ready! It’s a great new accessory for your home, and you can get creative with the colors to match any room. Enjoy your crafting!
