Hey all! My name is Julia, former college student and a home decor enthusiast who loves DIY home improvement projects and finding creative ways to decorate any living spaces on a budget. Recently moved from my dorm to my new apartment which I renovated from scratch and I am here to help you with tips & tricks about home decor/college and more 🙂
Today, we’re making a stunning seaside flower vase that will bring a touch of the ocean into your home. This project is simple, fun, and perfect for adding a splash of summer to any space. Let’s dive in and create something amazing!

Hey there, friends!
Summer is knocking on the door, and we need to get ready to welcome it.
That’s why today we’re going to make something beautiful with a summer theme.
And what could be more beautiful than a flower vase? Nothing!
Let’s get started on our seaside flower vase.
Materials Needed:

- Large vase
- Small vase
- Hot glue gun
- Decorative sand
- Decorative stones
- Seashells and more
Step 1: Attach the Small Vase

Let’s start by attaching the small vase inside the large vase.
It’s important that the vase is a perfect cylinder shape so we can add elements later.
After applying hot glue to the bottom of the small vase, place it inside the large vase and hold it in place until it sets well.
Step 2: Add Decorations

Begin adding the decorations.
My tip is to start with the smallest elements like sand, and then move on to larger ones like stones and seashells.
Of course, you can always add more sand at any time to make it more interesting.
Step 3: Finish and Display

Once you’ve filled the space between the two vases, your seaside vase is ready, and you can place it wherever you like.
It also makes a fantastic garden decoration.
Create and enjoy!
