Heat treatment
As little heat treatment as possible! Hair can be damaged by the daily use of hair dryers, curling irons, etc. In the summer, let your hair dry on its own, so you won’t be using such devices.
Hairdresser
Visit your hairdresser when you notice that your hair has started to bloom. Regular removal of the dead ends helps the strength and growth of the hair. Each hair is different, so I can’t recommend a specific period to go to the hairdresser. Just keep this in mind and you will easily know when the time has come.
Don’t dye your hair
I have heard thousands of advertising promises, but the facts speak louder. The truth is that dye burns your hair and doing it regularly leads to exhaustion. Do not trust blindly! Always read and be critical at first about the procedures you do on your hair.
Drink vitamins
Something I used to miss too. Taking vitamins supports health from the inside out There are all kinds of them – for hair loss prevention, hair growth, etc. Sometimes our body just can’t produce a sufficient amount on its own, so supplements are here to help.
Comb the hair before washing it
